TETELESTAI

This is one of Jesus’ “last words” on the cross.

It is a Greek word that was put on a loan when the loan was paid in full.

Tetelestai means “paid in full” or “finished”.

Jesus, through his death on the cross, pays our debt, in full.

God so loved the world, that the Father sent Jesus, to pay a price we could never pay, so that we could live eternally with God.
