COMING OFF PRETTY FAST
Dr. Jenkins, my Physics professor at Stetson, took out a roll of toilet paper to teach a physics lesson. He pulled off 10 sheets and we counted the revolutions. He did this over and over, 10 sheets at a time, and we noticed the number of revolutions kept increasing.
The paper comes off the roll faster at the end of the roll.
I don’t think I am applying this physics lesson correctly, but here at the end of the year, it seems as though the days are coming off faster than at the beginning of the year. Blink your eyes and it will be a New Year, 2024.
As I get older, the years seem to come off faster as well.
