CHILDREN IN CUBA

I have just returned from a trip to Cuba, the little town of Taguasco, to be specific. This is the third time I have visited the Presbyterian Church in Taguasco over the past 8 years. Our congregation here in DeLand is in partnership with this Cuban congregation.

Today, I share pictures of some of the children I met. We worshiped together, made music, played dominos, and ate together. They painted pictures for me which I have brought back to DeLand.

In the coming days, I will share more pictures and some comments on what I experienced in Cuba.

The children are happy, generous, well-behaved, full of smiles and laughter.
